Ann is a Realtor / Attorney working with Residential Buyers and Sellers in Southern New Hampshire and Northeast Massachusetts. Prior to getting into Real Estate full time in 2015, Ann was a practicing attorney with a practice in family law, probate and real estate. With her education and experience in litigation, advocacy and negotiations, she is uniquely adept at helping her clients navigate the sometimes difficult process of buying and selling homes. Ann is routinely referred by Attorneys to parties going through divorce and the court process to help parties determine first, if one party can keep the house, and if necessary, with getting the property sold while acting a a neutral for the house when the parties are unwilling or unable to work together. She has been able to save her clients unnecessary delays and legal expenses being able to understand the needs of her clients to provide valuable guidance on the sale of the house to benefit all sides. She understands the necessity of communication and the complexities of these situations and is there to help aid all parties through the process so that they can focus on other areas that need their attention. Ann has many years experience with working with clients during difficult personal times and during transition and is especially adept at helping clients understand and navigate the process of buying and selling a home, regardless of their unique circumstances. While she no longer practices law, her knowledge and experience in strategy and negotiations can help you reach your goals!
Eric became a licensed Realtor since 2015 and working alongside Ann to build their budding team while simultaneously managing a General Contracting Company for someone else. Eric is a licensed contractor supervisor and has over 12 years experience in construction and home improvement. Eric is the man behind the scenes that is in charge of systems, problem solving, customer service and navigating federal and state compliance issues. Eric has helped numerous clients with information to make informed decisions on if that “fixer upper” is the right home for them or what, if any, projects will warrant the investment while getting ready to list a home.
Calvin is our office dog (Cockapoo), he likes to curl up in one of our offices when we work and stay close to his people. He enjoys visitors and attention, especially children.
